Actual athlete data on range of motion, fabric restriction and weight impact is gathered and investigated.

Concept design

The accumulated data informs the conceptual design stage, where different solutions are trialed and tested.

​

Concept samples

Samples based on all findings are created and shipped to sell in the design concept internally.

​

Wear Testing

When initially signed off, wear test samples are provided to athletes to field test and fine tune where needed.

​

Sign Off & Production

Final sign-off initiates the creation of all necessary versions; match or promo versions, retail and take down versions. This will be needed to start bulk production.
